Our “No Fuss” Promise

Stuff happens—we get it. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Brew & Wander coffee order, we’ll make it right with a full refund as part of our No Fuss Guarantee. Just contact us within 30 days of purchase for orders placed on brewandwander.com (third-party retailers and marketplaces are excluded).

Coffee Orders

Coffee is considered a grocery item and can’t be returned—but you’re still covered by our money-back promise. If your coffee wasn’t what you hoped for, reach out and we’ll refund you.
Note: The guarantee applies to orders up to $40 and only to purchases made directly on brewandwander.com.

Merchandise & Apparel Returns

Changed your mind on gear? No problem.

  1. Email hello@brewandwander.com with your order number and a quick note about the return.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label.

  3. Once your item arrives at our fulfillment center, we’ll process a full refund and send a confirmation.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the U.S. aren’t eligible for return. If something’s wrong with your order, email hello@brewandwander.com and we’ll help find a solution.
